This Privacy Policy explains how REME ("REME," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects your information when you use the REME mobile application (the "App"). REME is operated by an individual sole proprietor based in Arizona, United States. By using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
REME is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. See the "Children's Privacy" section below.
1. Information We Collect
Information you provide directly
Account information: your name (or display name), email address, and authentication identifiers when you create an account or sign in.
Concert memories: details you log about shows you attend or want to attend — artist, venue, city, date, notes, companions, tags, and whether a show is on your bucket list.
Photos and videos: media you choose to upload and attach to your concert memories.
Profile content: a profile photo and any other details you add to your profile.
Information collected automatically or with your permission
Location-related data: the cities, venues, and states associated with the concerts you log. We use this to place pins on your personal map and to calculate travel-related stats. We derive approximate coordinates from the place names you enter; we do not continuously track your device's real-time location in the background.
Usage and device data: basic technical information necessary for the App to function and for diagnosing problems (for example, app version and error logs).
Information from connected services
Sign-in providers: if you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive basic profile information (such as your name and email) from those providers.
Spotify (optional): if you choose to connect Spotify, we access listening-related information you authorize in order to personalize concert recommendations and build playlists. You can disconnect Spotify at any time.
2. How We Use Your Information
To provide core features: logging concerts, displaying your map, computing stats, awarding badges and archetypes, and generating ticket "stubs."
To enable social features you opt into: following others, group shows, leaderboards, and sharing.
To personalize recommendations and discovery (including via Spotify, if connected).
To fetch setlists, event, and venue information related to the artists and shows you log.
To maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the App.
To communicate with you about the App, including push notifications you enable.
3. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described below.

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App. When you delete your account, we delete or de-identify your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain certain information to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. Some data may persist temporarily in backups before being overwritten.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including those provided by our infrastructure partners, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children's Privacy
REME is intended for users 13 years of age and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.
